What tyre?

Pneumatic Tyres are used for cars usually. Pneumatic or air filled tyres form a very important part of a conventional car type. They are made up of a material that is flexible and is elastomer similar to rubber. The air in the tyre gets compressed each time there is a speed breaker on the road, hence, acting as a shock absorber. A tyre is mounted around an aluminum alloy or even steel. After the tyres are fixed and in common terminology referred to as mounted, the tyres are inflated with air. A balanced tyre avoids any vibration that may be caused when the vehicle is driven with great speed.

Spare Tyres:

All vehicles carry a spare tyre, almost as if mandatory. They are readily available because they are mounted on the rim, as an easy access in the event of a flat tyre which means a punctured tyre or a blow out. With the new cars in the market it is noticed that the spare tyres have become small in size, because that means saving on cost, gas mileage and weight. It is advisable that one should not continue driving on without replacing the spare tyre for a normal tyre that should be used. A jack that comes as a car accessory comes in handy at times like these when you need to replace the tyres.
